Ted Cruz is a totally unstable individual. He is the single biggest liar I've ever come across, in politics or otherwise, and I have seen some of the best of them. His statements are totally untrue and completely outrageous. It is hard to believe a person who proclaims to be a Christian could be so dishonest and lie so much.
Cruz said I would be appointing a liberal judge when in fact I will appoint a great conservative and I am the only candidate who has gone so far, at the debate, as to suggest two individuals I feel would best represent the conservative values we need to protect: William "Bill" Pryor Jr. and Diane Sykes.
Cruz says I am pro-choice, when in fact I am staunchly pro-life and have been for a long time. Like Ronald Reagan, on many issues, I have evolved.
Cruz says I am in favor of ObamaCare, when in fact I have spoken about repealing and replacing this disaster of a system at every speech throughout my campaign and since it's inception. Meanwhile, Cruz was responsible for getting Bush to put in the judge that failed to vote against ObamaCare twice.

I think it would be failry interesting if Trump pulled "shock and awe" on the judicial branch, as it is just as screwed up (admonish me) as the other two.

How can you "trust" Ted, when he's a LIAR, a flip flopper, and has NO accomplishments at all ? He doesn't kn ow nor understand anything at all about financial things, business, foreign policy, and has really LOUSY judgement about people.
Cruz worked in the Bush administration BEFORE he was Senator of Texas, and so did Heidi, his wife, that’s where they meet....Cruz went to Bush with John Roberts and encouraged Bush to send in John Roberts, the Senate nominated John Roberts, who then turned around and vote twice for obumacare...see how that worked?.....

Trump quit building things at least a decade ago. He is into licensing his name. He puts up a small percentage to be able to stick his name on it. Hence Forbes’ claim that Trump’s worth is overvalued.

I think you are correct IF it is still considered unsettled law. But the professor gal from east gave several old cases and argued it was settled.
Can they still be used to argue case history if the premise is it’s unsettled law?
What does Cruz want to replace Obamacare with? Nothing. Not another government entitlement, which should be the answer that true conservatives are looking for. Trump want to replace Obama's entitlement with God knows what, except that it'll cover everyone who needs it and the government will pay for it. So as a conservative there is no question which plan I prefer.
