Laura Ingraham calls for Cruz and Trump "to put the country in the front seat, put your egos in the backseat" to form a coalition to fight for what is best for the country. Ingraham appeared on Tuesday night's broadcast of Hannity.

If the end result of all her shame and suffering is the White House, Heidi will gamely stick it out. Goldman Sachs will give her a nice big bonus for her trouble and she will have helped them defeat the only real threat to their control. That will earn her hundreds of millions after leaving the WH.

she couldn’t be more right. We have two tanks rolling down the alley here. Tank trump is in the front taking all kinds of fire and dishing out HEAP rounds. Tank Cruz should be watching his six as they roll forward through enemy territory but he’s shooting him in the six instead. What does he think is going to happen if tank Trump is taken out of the battle? That’s right, all those incoming HEAT rounds are going to be coming at tank Cruz and he won’t have a shield to protect him anymore.
