We came within 4500 votes of not having a Cheap Labor Express stooge as our Gov. nominee.

It was intentional, they were trying to make Gillespie seem inevitable.

I don't reside in Virginia, and I never looked at any polling, but Stewart's performance greatly shocked me. All the mainstream media stories I read kept painting him as some super fringe candidate, and I had assumed right up until the vote returns began pouring in that he was a single-digit percentage candidate, that he'd get like 5% of the vote.
Damn, does the media mislead.

Their polls are propaganda based. They deliberately slant them to demoralize conservatives and convince people not to support certain candidates. I don’t believe any poll ever, not one. They are weaponized information.

Researchers have to do a much better job of making sure that they are getting responses from all kinds of relevant populations, Mr. McKenna told The Washington Times. The problem is the type of questions they ask which are designed to lead the person to answer the way the person wants who is paying for the poll.

I’m not sure that Stewart, whom I supported, makes for a very good Trump avatar. You see, Stewart actually believes things, and has acted on those beliefs for years without wavering.

Haven’t decided yet. I am sick of having one idiot Democrat Governor after another.
Guess we could try for an idiot Democrat in an R jersey.
It’s unlikely Gillespie will win even if I do decide to vote for him. Lots of people won’t bother to get out for a Designated Loser liker Amnesty Ed.

Ever since Reagan, most polls show the Democrat in the lead until election day nears.
Then the polls become "too close to call."
I've seen this pattern so many times, I ignore the polls. I think they're all rigged to help the Democrats, like pretty much everything else in the information culture of our country.
No better example of O'Sullivan's law can be found:
"All organizations that are not actually right-wing will over time become left-wing."

Vote for Gillespie — at least he won’t actively war against the Trump agenda as the ‘RAT would certainly do,

Have no fear! I'm sure Karl and the Cheap Labor Express boys can roust up enough non-enthusiasm for their boy Ed to ensure a loss. The UniParty wants in Virginia what they wanted for the Presidential election...
...but dammit, Trump messed things up!
So THIS time, in Virginia, they won't get it wrong!
