Trump can’t trust his intelligence agencies, which seemingly want to have him removed, but he definitely cannot trust Putin, who is an evil man badly in need of an “accident.” Trump claiming he couldn’t see why Russia would want to interfere in our elections after two rounds of indictments of operatives for doing just that makes him seem just plain naive.
To Trump’s credit, there is still no evidence of collusion, nor is there evidence, AFAIK, that actual votes were successfully changed by Russian agents. But they apparently did meddle in other ways.
Problem is, in order to get the press to report the real news, he has to hide the info he wants to get out to the people inside crazy comments as bait.
Rush does it too... say something incendiary and the press will not be able to help themselves.
