"This is something about which Mexican migrants should be very concerned," said Rep. Carlos Jiménez
Yes, maybe they should go home.

I think having the Mexicans intimidated by Arnold is a very good thing.
Also note, in the article -- more anti-US behavior by Carter. It is not that he, as a Democrat, wishes that Gray were still governor, but he goes to Mexico City and makes that statement. Any chance, he could stay there? Remember when he was buddy-buddy with Castro too.
"Even ex-President Jimmy Carter joined the chorus of critics, remarking at a news conference during a visit to México City on Tuesday that Californians would be better served if Gray had stayed in office and Schwarzenegger stayed out of politics.

"This is something about which Mexican migrants should be very concerned," Correction amigo. Its something that criminally present Mexicans should worry about.

Mexican federal lawmakers on Wednesday bemoaned Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger's election as California governor and issued a stern call to the novice politician to respect the rights of Mexican migrants in North America's largest state. When the Mexicans start respecting our borders, then maybe we'll start respecting their migrants.

"We aren't trying to interfere in the internal politics of the United States, but the new governor should know that whatever violation or setback to the rights of Mexicans living in California will be denounced in the Mexican Congress."
And so,.................................

"We aren't trying to interfere in the internal politics of the United StatesSure sounds like they are.

I'm not clear on something. Are Guatemalans who cross illegally into Mexico eligible for a Mexican driver's license? Are US citizens living illegally in Mexico eligible for a Mexican driver's license?

I propose Arnold give illegal aliens from Mexico repicrocal rights.
The same as Mexico allows an American citizen in buying and/or owning a business in Mexico
The same as Mexico allows an American citizen in buying and/or owning property in Mexico.
Mexico requires American businesses to pay blackmail by giving a government "connected" goon a partnership share.
Mexico will not give full property rights to any property owner; courts can grab them for their buddies at any time.
Mexico will not give free hospital care to Americans.
Mexico will not give any aid or welfare to non-Mexicans.
Mexico has been a corrupt criminal enterprise with Commie agendas for a century and was no better before then.
Stuff it Mexican politicians.
We consider you scumbag targets.
You have zero right to complain about America.
Mexico also voted against us in the UN Re: Iraq.
Mexico is our enemy.
To: FairOpinion
Oh, yes. Carter is a nice man generally, but he did NOT belong in the Oval Office. In way over his head, he was. Let's not forget his playing footsie with the Soviet Union either. The SALT treaties were merely SALT in the wounds our military suffered under that ignoramus.
You are right to note that Mexican border jumpers should consider immigrating like they're supposed to, legally. We should not reward breaking the law. If they don't have to render us the service of applying legally and learning the language, we don't have render them any services either--medical or otherwise. Sorry amigos, but that's the grain you cut.

Just what will Mexico think if Schwarzenegger stops international money wire transfers outside of chartered banks?
To: FairOpinion
"Even ex-President Jimmy Carter joined the chorus of critics, remarking at a news conference during a visit to México City on Tuesday that Californians would be better served if Gray had stayed in office and Schwarzenegger stayed out of politics. Wrong. Mexicans in this country ILLEGALLY might be better off but Californians wouldn't be.
One thing is undebatable: Americans would have ben better served had Carter stayed out of Washington.

Well, Jimmy, the Ninny, Carter, gave away
our Panama Canal.
What would he like to give the Mexicans to appease their precious Mexican Congress.................that we haven't already given them.
