As someone who actually waited in line for 13+ hours and until 2:15 am to see "King Tut's stuff" (my cousin's voice) in Chicago, so long ago - this is kinda exilarating!

This is not something new. Dentistry has known about guaiacol for more years than I've been alive. Mixed 50-50 with mineral oil it is used to treat dry sockets.

Gee, modern scientists rejected Pliny simply because they couldn't believe any facts could have been passed down through the ages.
