This software is low quality cr*p alright. I think that $uncoa$t $olution$ really only exists to extract charitable donations from the hospice into the administrators' pockets.
Pretty much what the article says too. Nursing home-Hospital-hospice administration software is certainly another area that could use a GNU GPL version from what I have seen here.
