Since the time has past that a judge, greer or whoever, is supposeed to have appointed a GAL, I have two questions.

1, Why hasn't this been done?

2, Who do we contact to see it IS done?

Well, a third question comes to mind.

3, Does no one in Florida care that a law was passed that that WOULD BE DONE?

I tried it this morning. Both Free Republic links worked fine, but I couldn't get to the legal brief either.

I made a printout of the brief previously, but didn't save it in a file.

Let's ask NYer what happened to the link? Maybe we can get another link to the brief.
