"Florida doesn't recognize Common Law marriages" But it does recognize adultery....and adultery is illegal in the state of Florida. It is also grounds for disqualification of a guardian.
Was it one of y'all that found that guardian information, or do you remember where it was? If so, could you link it here? I forgot which thread it was on.
