in nutshell, Connor told them they didn't file things properly , the courts have previously ruled incorrectly and the Gov will not appear before them because they didn't follow the rules????????

Another point that hasn't been mentioned is that in a legal proceeding, the respondent must be allowed 45 days from the time they are properly served notice of the proceeding to prepare a response befoe the proceeding can go ahead. There are a few exceptions to this rule, but none of them apply. Since Felos et al. haven't even served proper notice of the lawsuit to Governor Bush, the 45-day clock hasn't even started.

Methinks Felos made a very big mistake here. He's used to dealing with attourneys who may know the official rules, but don't necessarily know how things are 'done'. He's also used to playing on 'home field', where he knows how to be seen in a good light by the judges. He has just picked a fight with a legal team that's much better than he is, and done so in a way that gives up home-field advantage.

If I may use an analogy, there are two ways to win money at poker: (1) play really well, or (2) seek out players who are worse than you, and only play against those. Felos is an expert at approach (2), and consistently wins when he picks the right opponents. His latest action, though, is equivalent to engaging himself in a heads-up match against an expert. Prepare for the slaughter.

Gotta love it! You reckon Jeb's attorneys were baiting that trap all along?

Another thing I like is Jeb's attorney, Kenneth Connor, is from the same area of the state.
He know's exactly what kinda good ole boy network is there.

This is looking better and better for Terri.
The dark clouds are opening and the sun is peeking through.
I voted for Jeb Bush and hope this Kenneth Connor runs for something so I can vote for him.
Lord only knows where we would be today if red pick-up had won instead of Jeb.

Thank you God and thank you Barbara Bush, you did a fine job raising those boys.

Or in the words of the now infamous character in the movie Zorro, The Gay Blade (imagine a very heavy Latino accent):

"My name ees Iniro Montoya. You keel my father. Prepare to die!"

Felos-is used to playing on 'home field', where he knows how to be seen in a good light by the judges.

I belive this is so true. And not only is he used to being the heavy weight in Pinellas Cty, and associated with some of the Judges in various ways thru directorships at hospice, etc., BUT, this vampire is used to threatening to SUE various medical doctors, etc., to keep them as paralyzed and fearful as he has kept the Schindlers.

No more.

Felos cannot threaten to sue the medical arena anymore. A huge loss of power and ugly clout, in his case. And Shiavo's. (The jerk who kept the nurses at bay with terrible threats at the Hospice where Terri is imprisoned, according to at least one affidavit---Carla Iyers.) I understand that he actually threatened to SUE any doctors at the hospital where Terri was taken to have her tube reinserted and would certainly love to see that verified in print. It is so ghastly and outrageous it is beneath contempt.
