I've been wondering about the clash between the "Bush is stoopid cuz he can't say nuclear correctly" theory (put forth by the Molly Ivins types) and the "Bush is an evil liar of Maciavellian proportions" theory of Michael Mooore and the new book by some loser about Bush's "Lies".

I guess the Democrats see him as the consummate evil liar, who only pretends to be a dumb goober to distract people from his truly evil nature.

BTW, I seem to remember Jimmah Cawtah syaing "nyooc-you-lar" as well.
