The 9th Circuit Court is REALLY showing how useless it is.
These rulings are disgusting, they really are. The FRIGGIN Japanese, Germans, North Koreans, North Vietnamese, and VC were NOT given access to American Courts and American lawyers!!
Why the hell is this SINGLE Court RUINING this country SINGLEHANDEDLY???

It's time for this thought to start circulating like wildfire. Courts that come up with goofy rulings need to be ignored. There need not be any appeals etc. Just simply ignore them.

For all Freepers who are disappointed in some domestic programs the president has signed, PLEASE remember that without judicial reform, we will continue to be subject to this kind of decision by liberal judges.
Getting President Bush's judges confirmed is the single most important domestic issue, IMO.

Hopefully Bush will just ignore the ruling and not even respond to it or appeal it. Since they have no jurisdiction it is a non-ruling.

Drop the Gitmo detainees in the water just outside the US shoreline boundary and let them swim for it. Any who make it to shore can then begin the process of deportation as illegal immigrants. Those who don't make it, well they have their virgins already lined up.

Let's put the judges in Gitmo and send the other murdering SOB's back to Saudi Arabia. Or, we can just release all the murderers to live in a house next door to the judges!!!!

Another Rheinhart production, indeed, even cites the NY Times. I looked through it at the link and the dissent. The latter is the sounder reasoning, IMHO.

Maybe these judges timed this bad news to try to blunt the good news of the Saddam capture. Unlike Albright, I'm not joking when I suggest that such a thing is possible.

This is from a three judge panel from the 9th Circuit. The bottom line about this ruling: the panel has stayed the issuance of its mandate pending the U.S. Supreme Court's resolution of a case presenting this very same issue.
