The key to political victory is not defense. It is attack. If you have to defend or explain your positions then you are tacitly saying they require defense and explanation.

GWB should never complain and never explain. Attack..attack...attack. That is the key to victory. GWB needs to put Kerry and Crew on the defensive not explain his rationale.
