its a wide range of things: customer support, programming, backoffice jobs, accounting. Large companies now have teams which are peeling apart their organizations to see what work can be done outside the US, across he board. Once the Indians get better at understanding the US operations they are working to support, they will branch out into other engineering roles as well.
