KERRY CALLED SECRET SERVICE AGENT 'SON OF A B*TCH' AFTER SLOPE SPILL

Dem presidential candidate John Kerry called his secret service agent a "son of a bitch" after the agent inadvertently moved into his path during a ski mishap in Idaho, sending Kerry falling into the snow.

When asked a moment later about the incident by a reporter on the ski run, Kerry said sharply, "I don't fall down," the "son of a b*itch knocked me over."

The Secret Service agent in question has complained about Kerry's treatment, top sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

Last month, Kerry began receiving Secret Service protection.

"Obviously, the complications and burden of being monitored 24-hours a day is not just an a simple inconvenience," a government source explained Friday. "But Senator Kerry should understand agents are working for his safety and well-being."

On Friday, Kerry, his snowboard strapped to his back, hiked past 9,000 feet on Durrance Peak, then snowboarded down the mountain, taking repeated tumbles. Reporters counted six falls, although Kerry was out of sight for part of the descent.

JFK was all image too. Family man? Wasn't WJC trying to beat JFK's record?

Yes, you're right. But the touch-football imagery, even if staged, reflected an actual family tradition. I read this established the tradition of "athletic" imagery for politicians. Reagan and Bush II did this with the wood chopping, though much less than Kerry's photo-ops. Bush I and Clinton didn't bother from what I remember.

I wonder why there is not a photo of this when it was front page fodder of GWB and his scooter incident.

It was a Segway, and they dissed him - How could you be so dumb as to fall off a Segway?

Several months later they were all recalled for a flaw which makes them fall over when the battery runs down. The Press which made fun the first time around?..... (sound of crickets)

Kerry's trying desperately to appeal to young Deaniac voters. The sight of a 63 year old (recovering prostate cancer victim), man repeatedly falling on his butt won't help his cause, alas. Worse, his rude rebuke to his secret service agent will turn off adult voters. Every time that man opens his big mouth, he crams his foot in it. I wonder if after he loses in Nov. he'll replace Cheerful Bob in those male enhancement commercials.

Come on, everyone. This is no different than when we were up in arms over all the bad press surrounding Cheney's a-hole remark.

It looks a little different to me. I cannot find any instance of Cheney calling a Secret Service agent an SOB. As best I can tell, no Clymer has signed up to offer to have himself KILLED instead of Kerry in the event he can stop it.

Kerry calls a man that would take a bullet for him a summitch. Here is the evil of the elitists coming to the top. No appreciation for the man's job, and a deadly serious job that it is. Let's all remember the day Reagan was shot. But for Andy McCarthy, our beloved President would have taken another bullet, a bullet that could have killed him. See the tape. Andy heard the first shots, reached for his weapon, and turned toward the shooter and shielding the President. Another shot and Andy caught one, but if you'll notice he refused to go down until the President was safe in the Limo. Watch it, and find out what kind of a man John Kerry called a son of a bitch.

That courage, my friends, is pure real courage. Kuck Ferry!

What an idiot. He's probably never snowboarded in his life, but heard that young people think it's cool, so he grabbed the board and went and fell all over the place. Stick to skiing, if you can, John.

You gotta fit "Thurston" in there somewhere. And of course, Ter-AY-Sa is AKA "Luvvy".

I work with a guy like Kerry, HE NEVER DOES ANYTHING WRONG.

A friend of mine also works for a boss like Kerry. He is the ULTIMATE Boss from Hell. She is planning to quit soon and has agreed to allow me to write a story about him for publication. Believe me, her boss is a real MONSTER.

TV delay may cause permanent déjà vu..."Or, if John Kerry’s open microphone the other day had been connected to a seven-second editor, Kerry might not have had to spend the week explaining why he whispered to supporters about how his Republican opponents are a pack of crooked liars."...

PORTLAND TRIBUNE

..."As a result, he says, we're losing the art of rich, sharp description. He uses Sen. John Kerry's "f-bomb" in a Rolling Stone interview as an example of a lost opportunity to raid a storehouse of strong verbs..." TV delay may cause permanent déjà vu

Iinteresting reporting. One could assume by this remark that he hiked up a 9000ft mountain to do this snowboarding. Media bias as it is I expect someone drove him to the 8999ft elevation point and he hiked past the 9000ft elevation point. It's not quite that good... but it's close.
Sun Valley (Ketchum) Idaho is at about 6300 ft to begin with so--contrary to the implied "9000 ft" climb he really climbed at most 3000 ft. not an insignificant hight but one I saw 70 + year old locals making on a daily basis... (cheerfully rather than b*tching the whole time)
