"Is there any way to find out if any of the 9/11 wives club were in the process of divorce proceedings?"
Not sure what the relevance would be, but try google. Also try their hometown newspaper site archives. Probably just need to search a lot.

"Yesterday, just in time for the evening news, the WH released the document, which was mostly as Dr. Rice said--historical data." I read the PDB last night. I also read the story about the document in this mornings local newspaper. The story in the newspaper only uses parts of the document and paints a very different picture than the complete document does.
Since this document was such a big deal to the Commission, one would think they would have printed the entire text in the paper. Instead they just refer the reader to a website. They know that many will not do the follow up required and others do not have internet access.

I don't think we should be afraid to send more troops. We should send whatever is necessary.

Tim Russert NEVER disappoints, does he? LOL!
THE inevitable question: "Senator McCain, polls show that John Kerry would win, HANDS DOWN, if you ran with him as VP. (then, in pleading, whining voice...)Would you consider?"
McCain: "My wife had a T-shirt she wore when our kids were small. It said 'What part of NO do you not understand?' I wish I had that T-shirt to wear now. No, No, and No."
Russert (voice now reeeeally pleading...)"No even as a Republican?"
McCain re-confirmed his reply of not running with Kerry. Russert (bless his little pointed liberal head) actually ASKED AGAIN if McCain might reconsider and run!!! And he STILL got the same answer!
Bob Kerrey's eyesight has apparently gone (Dr. Clarke or Dr. Rice??); Tim Russert's hearing has left the premises also.

I'm watching Joe "Doll Hair" Biden on Face the Nation. He is blinking like crazy when he speaks. He is talking about "speaking with European leaders" and I think he is lying. The eyes say so.

The guy who played Lurch in the Addam's Family movies. This guy is really in demand. Gorton, Kerry. Playing "the walking dead" has become a full-time job.
With a wig and old crusty, there's another part waiting in the wings.

McVain is on Meet the Depressed. Spewing his usual nonsense. Stated his opposition to extending Bush tax cuts to upper-income taxpayers.

But who's going to play Slate Gorton? Really, really good zombies are hard to find. No kidding. The GOP, with the exception of Lehman, is acting like a bunch of Quakers at a bar fight.

They are trying to have it both waysCORRECTION! They ARE having it both ways. Their media cohorts ALLOW it and ABET THEM, so they always get by with it. Their tactics are OLD and just plain obvious, the problem is that, the Democrat's allies in the press "FEEL" the same way as the DEMS do.

The LIMOUSINE LIBERAL candidate, JOHN KERRY, has a problem -- nobody wants to run with him. It's like even the RATS see him as a ship going down and they know that if they got on, they'd have to jump off in the end. Maybe he can run with a dead Communist guy, like John Lennon:
"IMAGINE THERE'S NO KERRY."

No kidding. The GOP, with the exception of Lehman, is acting like a bunch of Quakers at a bar fight.Yep! The help wanted notice read: only mean-spirited Democrats/Clinton lackeys and spineless Republicans need apply.
I agree, Lehman is the only member sticking to their "mission statement".

Grief does strange things to people. I would cut them some slack.
The dims are clearly using them, IMHO. That is the real disgrace.

I disagree with you on Bremer. I think he is doing an excellent job and I'll be sorry to see him go. He is charismatic in a low-key way that is very effective, IMO.

Now Ben-Viniste is sucking up to Slade Gordon (RINO) to take slide away from his own slimey tactics.
###
For this thread's record - Gordon said this morning that
Ben Veniste one of America's great trial lawyers
his questioning was not too tough on her [CR]
the commission is not too partisan
we've gotten along very.very well from the first meeting
--
President Clinton was totally frank and cordial
'''''
My comment: Imagine if you will, a republican lawyer/operative going after a dem witness as ben veniste did - the Sunday shows, CSPAN, all the leftist outlets would have been screaming blue bloody murder.
