BUSH gave a supper SWAGGER and sneer--"I was disappointed in the performance at some of the Iraqi troops (in Falujah etc, they ran away or switched sides...)...LOVED THE LOOK on his face...like "SHEESH, they run away and WE DIE for them..." I am NOT HAPPY with them...TAKE THAT!!

He does sound kind of flat tonight, Bush is usually not a great public speaker...don't expect him to be. But the content of his speech is solid and shows good judgment.
