A Pinellas-Pasco Judge by the name of Rehnke is being investigated for suspension by the Judicial Qualifications Committee. I don't know if this judge is county civil or circuit civil. The offenses listed in the sptimes.com didn't seem all that much imo. It proves that if they want to get rid of someone, the JQC has the power to do so. Judge Rehnke has retained counsel.
But, Judge Greer has committed legal malpractice and has committed criminal offenses imo but that's okay because it's case related, not SIMPLE MISCONDUCT.

Thanks for that info and all your posts, fv -- if Terri's real situation was acknowledged, wouldn't the lawyers and judges in her case also be up on charges?
