So UVA and UBV are not part of visible light spectrum?

No, ultraviolet light is not visible. (remember "black lights" and the associated posters?) The name is consistent with this. Ultra violet refers to fact that the frequency of the electromagnetic radiation is higher than that of violet light.

Similarly, infrared refers to that fact that the frequecy of the radiation is bleow that of red light.
