According to the article Webb was asserting that Bush was guilty of War Crimes, and that the penalty for that is death. He didn't call for people to go kill the President, but for him and Rumsfeld to be charged with War Crimes. While utterly idiotic and so hyper-biased as to be beyond reason, the guy DIDN'T call for people to go murder our President.
I think Clinton was guilty of treason ... and we all know was the penalty for treason is.

The law is different when it comes to death threats on a sitting U.S. President.
If the guy said the words "George Bush" and "death" in the same sentence, he faces jail time.
Rightly so. He'd be threatening the institution of the Presidency, the U.S. Constitution, and the lives of every American by default in uttering those words.
And if he's on the public airwaves when he said them, he's in even bigger trouble.

I think Clinton was guilty of treason ... and we all know was the penalty for treason is. So is Kerry and they are selecting him to represent them. Apparently, treason is an important component of dimocrat candidates.

Someone on Air America (Randy Rhodes?) said more explicitly that President Bush needs to be "taken out and shot". I'm still waiting for a followup report on that criminal charge.
