She should be permitted to strip underneath a burqua but keep the burqua on. Remember the lawsuit (and settlement) that required a strip joint's shower on stage to permit wheelchair bound employees (although I don't think they had any at the time)?

I want to go on public record as saying these women have absolutely no business taking their clothes off in public.
However, one's choice of employment is just that, a choice. I can not believe the city is actually expecting these women to conspicuously display all of their personal information, especially given the huge problem of identity theft that is only getting bigger with each passing day, not the mention of increasing the probability of being attacked by someone.
