I just wonder.....HOW MANY cocktails had Teddy consumed before making that statement? I'm shocked at the generosity from Kennedy towards Reagan at this sad time.

Don't miss the real intention of Teddy purpose: to lift the Kennedy name to the same plane of Reagan's by including JFK in the same light as Ronald Reagan.
