No, because I feel the same. He has the right to do as he pleases, and there may be a 95% chance everything will go just fine, but the fact remains that accepting even a 5% chance of disaster is somewhat selfish. It would not be a good thing for the country to have to go through another State Funeral this soon, IMHO.

He's 80 years old. He can do what he wants. It's still a free country. I understand your concern. However, it may be selfish of YOU to think that 41 should be sitting at home in a rocking chair in quiet reflection on the passing of the 40th President, living in a plastic bubble to spare YOU the inevitable grief of another state funeral. It's HIS life. There is nothing wrong with celebrating life, celebrating 80 good years on this earth in a manner of his own choosing. I think President Reagan is smiling down and would be proud.
