One thing I've always wondered is if people there use Freenet to put up anonymous websites. I've heard that a lot of Chinese dissidents use a flavor of it for banned political speech. Freenet can be really slow but the Iranian government wouldn't be able to take sites on it down since it uses 100% encrypted traffic.
