"These guys have a low estimate of the intelligence of the American people." Oh, I don't think that's exactly true. They target the voters that really are that stupid because they know that intelligent people aren't going to vote for them anyway. And they don't even have to bother to appeal to the koolaid klub, because those DUhmmies going to vote for them no matter what.

I'm racking my brain to try to remember who else it was who had a "secret plan" to fix the economy.
Walter Mondale, bless his heart, at least had the decency to be honest about his intentions. We all remember the result-- a shift of fewer than 2,500 votes in his home state would have resulted in the first ever 50 state sweep.
