Awesome ad.

Q'erry says "bring it"

We're bringing it, bigtime.

Q'erry must never step anywhere near the White House.

For the life of me, I can't imagine how the Democratic Party ever let Kerry get within a million miles of a spot on a primary ballot.

The ad is devastating, yes. Kerry will get "the call." I'm absolutely sick to my stomach, AC, just thinking of the possibility that HRC is going to be flown in to save the day....a premeditated Torch/Lautenberg switcheroo. Remember the "will she run in 2004 or 2008" threads? She was already running for 2004 when we were debating; Kerry is the placemarker. She's doing the same campaign she did to get into Senate with refinements. She can't handle the scrutiny and she can't handle herself publicly on a campaign; she's running her Senate campaign with a touch of Torch/Lautenberg, maybe Kerry's files, her book (replacing the NY "listening tour"), WJC et al making speeches and traveling internationally, etc. AC, feel free to tell me I just didn't get enough sleep last night; the other options I'm thinking are making me nauseous.

I don’t believe Hanoi John is a real human from planet Earth.
Maybe is he released all his records - and his birth certificate …

...and search his pants and socks for documents...

oops...never mind...that was someone else...

Its about protecting the clubby atmosphere of the Senate. They're a different, better class compared to us mortal riffraffs. The 100 dwell on Mt. Olympus.

I have been waiting for 30 years for Kerry to what he deserves. Thank you God.

So have I. Thanks for everything you have done.

I was living on base (hubby was in SE Asia) when the POWs
began returning home. We did everything we could to make
them feel welcome, comfortable, and normal. They spent
some time at NAS Lemoore before being debriefed.

I lived with the wives, and children, of these men, and
saw how the POW's imprisonment affected them. Many of the
children were babies, or yet to be born, when their
daddy's were captured. By the time they were released,
some of these children were in grade school, and had no
memory of their fathers.

Hanoi F'n John is finally getting his due, and I applaud
these brave Swift Boat Vets, and the former POWs, for their
involvement in his demise.

I've donated to them before, and will be doing so again
shortly.

Thank you, too, for your involvement, and for your service to our great nation.

Watching that segment made me cry - moreover the length of time these POW'S were subjected to this mental and emotional torture is listed under their image.

What is powerful in this ad is seeing that there were dire, horrific, consequences to John Forbes Kerry venomous lies and these are the men who suffered for his ego.

God Bless those men and may John Forbes Kerry receive the scorn, ridicule and shame he deserves for slandering the men and women who honorably served their country.

Could it be? Exit Kerry...enter Hitlery???????????

Premeditated exit Kerry, enter Hitlery...she's running her NY Senate Seat with refinements & Kerry is just a little detail in this election.

Fox lover here as well, but to have any effect at all, this has to be on the MSM.

It's all about likely voters and influential people, and they're tuned into cable watching this for free. Getting it on the MSM won't hurt though.

I remember growing up and reading a Christian comic-book version of one of the flyer's stories that was shot down in Vietnam.
I vividly remember the part that showed them forcing a pen in his face while his arms were pinned behind his back on an oxbow saying "Sign or die".
Kerry has never publicly held himself accountable for his actions after coming home.
He can talk about private meetings where people have "come to terms" all he wants but there has never been a public vetting of the personal harm that his words and the Fullbright committee caused to the lives of these men.

Yes, McCain made some comments about Kerry a long time ago. He used to refuse to talk to Kerry, but they have since reconciled their differences. You could get into a battle of the quotes, but McCain will not offer a no comment.

I have a feeling he will move beyond “youthful over-enthusiasm” in the next few days and do both.

Was he under oath at the time? Not that that matters or anything these days.

I too stand in awe. These guys are responsible for one of the most devastating political ads in history. It has to be going much better than they could possibly have hoped for. Awesome!

"Kerry was not enough of a visionary."

doug from upland...you know more about this stuff than anyone I know on FR. I think we're the ones who haven't been visionary. HRC is running her senate campaign strategy with "refinements." Kerry is/has always been the placemarker, a mere detail. He will get "the call" & she will seamlessly drop in. Afterall, one by one they've been putting the Clintonistas in (Lockhart today) Kerry's campaign. When the timing is right, it will happen and the crowd will go wild...bread & circus...Help, I think I've taken "crazy pills."

It ain't gonna happen -- don't worry about it.

Part of the problem is that what worked in New Jersey in 2002 is not likely to work in too many other places in the U.S. in 2004. The biggest hurdle they'd have to overcome would be a large credibility gap, and then they'd have to deal with potential ballot deadlines to change a candidate in all 50 individual states.

If Hillary had any intention of running, she would have skipped the Boston convention completely.

I just showed that ad to my buddy here at work, who is pro-Bush but not terribly political (we are in the service and he votes Republican for the pay raises) and the first thing out of his mouth was "There goes the Kerry campaign"
