It's the "Live Strong" yellow wristband produced by the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the cycling superstar's cancer-fighting organization.

If only Effin' would pony up what he spends on bicycles to the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the cure for cancer might have already been found.

Kerry's expression in the pickle photo seems to say, "Dammit, I can't wait till I don't have to interact with these common folk any more! This campaign can't end soon enough, and I can get back to one of our mansions and not have to look at these people."
