here's a thread, with handy phone number that may just interest you and a lot of other FReepers.
Seems like Freepers are going to use the leftists' own tactics against them. They are calling the National Lawyers Guild "Protester Distress" phone number, trying to tie it up with bogus calls. "A cop looked at me funny. Can I sue him?" etc.

Thanks for the ping. I called my brother, and had him turn on C-Span, so he could see for himself. Mom was at his house, so she got an eye-full too. It was a great opportunity to remind them of when kerry was leading the hatred against our military in the early 70s. I pointed out to them that it was my husband they were protesting against then, and now it's my son. Mom commented "Where did all these people come from?" The timing of that question was perfect. They showed a woman wearing a "F___ Bush" t-shirt. (It wasn't edited out, as I did here.) So obviously they didn't come from the Bush camp. I told them it had kerry's fingerprints all over it. I reminded them of what my husband was faced with back then, and wondered aloud what my son will be faced with when he gets back in 6 months. That pretty much ended the discussion, but I'm sure it made an impression.
