This one is news to me. Just shameful. So they apologized - big deal. A picture, even a disgusting aberration such as they published, is worth a thousand words and what people will remember. The apology? - just a blurb of words forgotten. I'm having trouble with the latimes site, did they run the 2 correct photos with the apology? At least that would have illustrated the error with the same impact as the original photo.
