KERRY also went to Paris and met with the Communist North Vietnamese and the Communist Viet Cong representatives to discuss how America should surrender. KERRY then came back to America and went on TV to spew the Communist’s propaganda. KERRY IS A TRAITOR TO AMERICA.

His is a really sad story. He was rejected by his family and friends- even by strangers. It is awful to think about the way Vietnam vets were treated on their return. No wonder so many of them have had problems.
I applaud his apology, though. He can't undo the cruelty shown to him but he can correct the misstatements made years ago through VVAW.

Kerry and crew used the 'lost boys'...convinced them 'he would speak for them'...when he just needed cannon fodder for his own little Marxist war....and to legtimize himself with the American left..

Kerry convinced Washington that he had 'an army' of disaffected Vietnam combat vets backing him up...and got some power thrown his way...

Later Kerry went to Vietnam having convinced the familes of POWs, MIAs that only he was trustworthy enough to find out 'the truth'...another Kerry lie...he used the familes..widows and orphans to further his agenda and to broker a deal with the NVA and VC

Kerry sold out the POWs MIAs and their familes that his Forbes cousing get considerations in real estate from the communists...all he had to do is come back to America and give the families the offical Hanoi line.....That there were no POWs MIAs in Vietnam.....

Kerry has been betraying veterans ever since and will continue to do so if elected..

Steve Pitkin wants to apologize to Vietnam veterans for what he did and said at the Winter Soldier Investigation. "The VVAW found me during a difficult time in my life, and I let them use me to advance their political agenda. They pressured me to tell their lies, but that's no excuse for what I did. I just want people to know the truth and to make amends as best I can. I'd hate to see the troops serving today have to go through what Vietnam veterans did."

Mr. Pitkin,

I only wish that you had the wisdom of your years to have avoided these poor decisions. Your guilt may have driven you to make things right, but make things right you did. Your future actions demonstrate that you, indeed, were repentant of your actions and went on to earn honor in service to your country.

Mr. Kerry lacks any courage to admit that what he did was wrong. For that, no right-minded American citizen should ever forgive him. If Mr. Kerry had any courage, he would apologize, accept his actions, and face the consequences, be they what they may. Alas, however, John Kerry is a coward who don't deserve to lick the dirt off your boots, sir.

I will leave it to your fellow veterans to forgive you for your youthful indiscretions, but, I for one, find your courage to admit your mistakes admirable and forgiveness worthy. I wish you God's speed in life.
