when you call.. anywhere, as all patriots should.. dont allow yourself to be transfered to anyone else. speak to whoever answers the phone. insist on it. the underlings will pass on your "concern" via the poor morale they will experience better than someones voice mail will. in other words.. the person who answers the phone has a nice day when they can transfer you. they have a bad day when you insist THEY be accountable. they will then bitch with passion up the chain of command. a message on a producers voice mail will do much less.
