I suspect that November 2nd more than a few Freepers will be at election night victory parties. CBS affiliates will also be there covering the events for their local newcasts. Wouldn't it be handy if a whole bunch of signs with the slogan "CBS - FAKE BUT ACCURATE" were available.
"RATHER IS A CROOK"
I was thinking exactly the same thing - also got to their "remote" weather forcasts and chant "fraud, fraud" in the background. Most important is to e-mail them & call them today to let them know this is what to expect in the near future. And what about their public interest segments with folks around town - those will dry up like a rock when local businesses realize that appearing on the local CBS affiliate means that they'll be receiving angry phone calls and boycotts.
That's too far away. We need to freep them this Saturday. I'll attend anything in Phoenix, if someone will organize it.
Work to win elections until election day. Nothing would make MSM more unhappy.
We can deal with Dan later. Elephants don't forget.
Freeping Dan Rather is helping to win elections. Not only this one, but elections in the future as well. It undermines everything he's been saying about Bush if we nail him now.
He's on the ropes now, the news is fresh. Now's the time to go for the fences. Later will be too late.
I'll probably make the trip to Austin on election night for the party, and wouldn't it be great to locate whomever CBS sends down to Austin, position myself behind him after the race has been called and the state and Electoral counts are pretty much set and, when the camera goes live, hold up a sign saying something to the effect of:
Bush: 305
Kerry: 235 (or whatever it might be)
How's THAT Frequency for You, Kenneth???
LOL.
Protest CBS. Vote.
"Idaho and Oregon are split between the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Texas are divided between Central and Mountain time zones. Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee are split between Eastern and Central time zones."
Will CBS prematurely call Florida like it did in 2000?
