I agree with Killian, but there is one apology that is most important, and that is to President Bush. Without an apology to President Bush directly for misaligning his name...this is all hot air from Dan Rather, and suspect as to purpose from CBS, in general.
Iwas treated rudely, too. That made m want to call them even more. For the most part you get the same woman on the phone every time, so Istarted aconversation, got hung up on, and then called back and continued where I left off. I suggest people do this after a couple Grand Marnier 150s . (If you don't have 150, regular Grand Marnier works just fine)

Burkett is suing CBS for libel and defamation of character (as if he didn't do enough of that on his own). Seems the Killians have a better case than he does.

There is nothing wrong with caffeine dependency :) It promotes a sense of well being.
Decaf was invented by using dry cleaning fluid. Water process allegedly uses no chems, but I am suspicious that they still do and just "rinse" off the chems.
Much better to drink caffeine the way that it was intended. :)
