Call to Action: OHIO. A woman caller to the Sean Hannity radio show at approx 3:55 PM ET 9/21/04 posed a question concerning an upcoming concert in Dayton, Ohio. The gist of the call was that moveon.org or a similar 527 is putting on the show but when she called for info, she was told that the proceeds of the concert would go to the Democratic Party. She asked Sean if this was legal.
Who knows what is legal or illegal about 527's anymore, but I have to think this is definitely evidence of illegal collusion between 527's and the DNC. We need someone in Ohio to call and record this information before the cover-up starts!
Eleven points...ooops..my bad..anyhow, I can't see them getting too many country music fans heading out to see these turncoats.
I would like to know how many people actually show up at these concerts. I haven't even heard of many of them. I know the Dave Matthews gang is famous for their septic tank escapades and I've heard of Springsteen, but some of these others I dont know...were they even popular before W was prez?
I can't believe he signed it either. Is that the truth?
Moveon.org is a 527 and a 501. They may be how they are getting away with it.
I do have to say, I was a little disgusted when I first heard about these concerts...and at first, I thought they were "free performances" just to sway the impressionable ignorants!! (Check out a great article in JWR by somebody Purcell re: "why encourage idiots to vote"...too right!!)
Anyway...I'm dismayed by these devious or downright duplicitous campaign tactics, as well as the idiotic CFR law that permits some of this BS to go on...I'm not too thrilled that Lake County uses touch-screen voting machines, either!
