I'm sure this is a rove move. The guy is an illegal alien lover and a traitor.
Rove is probably a political genius, but this is not about politics. This is about keeping the country safe. This is the kind of thing I would expect from the 'rats, but not from the guy I thought was on our side (as opposed to the side of the French, the EU, the UN, and most likely the terrorists).
