Why? As far as I can tell the Arabic population of Dearborn (East Side) is very supportive of GWB. In fact, "Ford Field" was swarming with celebratory Arabs the day that Saddam's statue fell! It was a sight to see.

The celebrants at that affair were the few Arabs who were Iraqis. The other Arabs have not been, and are not now, generally supportive of the War or Bush. They now vote about 90% Democrat, just like the blacks.
