Yep, verdict Tues....they wont be sequestered too long.
And they don't have allot of notes from the Defense case to sift thru...most were not taking any.

Is the trial over, then? Or will there be a rebuttal from the prosecution?

"He will be ruined by this. Add this to the problems he has in the Jackson case and he is DEAD."

Is Geragos implicated with the private investigator now being scrutinized the the Grand Jury in California? The one who did illegal wiretaps and such? He'll be busy hiring his own defense attorney. If not, his credibility is totally shot anyways. What a maroon.

Can't wait to hear Pixley try to explain why this is a 'brilliant' defense by Geragos. LOL

"No wonder Geoffrey Fieger's head almost blew off the other night!

Darn, you spelled his name right...blush.

BTW, I still suspect Greta is sweet on Mark Geragos :~)

"And what happened to the Satanic Cult and Skeeter and Dirty? LOL! Geragois has no place else to go with this."

LOL-anyone with a shred of common sense knew that was all smoke and mirrors. He doesn't have anywhere to go because he presented no reasonable alternative theory....and the jury most likely won't believe anything he floats in closings. He should have rested immediately....he has made it easier for the jury to convict, imo. Fiegers prediction of the quickest conviction ever may just come true.

Yes, rebuttal maybe after lunch break today. Shouldn't take the State long to rebut MG's whimpy presentation.

LOL!! I can't imagine Pixie wanting to be a Geragos and Geragos partner anymore....the ship has sunk.
Which is all good...I couldn't take another high profile case with boisterous ol' big-nose.
Anse!! Get your dupa over here!!

Yes, he is. Intimidation of the witnesses by requiring them to make those videotapes is what I have heard.

But but but - didn't Geragos tell us in the beginning that he would reveal who REALLY murdered Laci and Connor? I'm shocked, I tell you, shocked, that he didn't reveal the true guilty party or parties! Didn't Scott's parents mortgage their home to pay for this Geragos? I haven't been following all that closely, so don't remember.

If there is even ONE juror like that stupid fellow dismissed from the jury, then Scot will escape the death penalty, won't he?

Hi Miz! Good question.??

I pray the Prosecution will remind the Jury what "promises" Geragos made in opening statements have not been delivered on.

Guess the loud flushing sound Geragos can hear distracted him from the Peterson case.......lol

Thanks for the info...I had heard that lawyers associated with the PI were also facing indictments, but I wasn't sure if he was one of them.

There is talk that the Judge is thinking about telling the Jury that they may consider 2nd degree murder when they get the case for deliberation. May be easier for some to convict if they don't have to send him to Death row.
And I read that in CA, the Defense cannot protest the Judge if that's his decision.

Closing arguments scheduled for Monday. Deliberations should start Tuesday afternoon or wed. morning. The judge is anticipating that each side will use about a day, but there are no time constraints.
