Michigan:
Detroit - High 52-Low 39 - 80% chance of rain (Please, God!!!)
Flint - High 51 - Low 33 - 80% rain(Dems number 2 area in Michigan)
Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti - 51-32 - 80% Rain - This helps overall, but could hurt Eastern Livingston County and West Oakland turnout which is bad. I'll take the tradeoff though. Livingston has a 20,000 vote edge for the GOP in 2000. Ann Arbor City alone had about that for Gore.
Lansing/East Lansing - 50-32 - 50% Rain - Rain helps here bigtime.
Grand Rapids - 49-33 - AM Showers - 50% - Good weather (in the suburbs) helps here.
Holland - 50-34 - AM Showers - 50% - Holland is our best area. I hope all the rain there is before 7AM.
Waters - 47 - 30 - Cloudy - 10% chance of precip - Waters is in North Central Michigan where some earlier polls said North MI is the best area for Bush. Good roads are key up there. Marquette- 44-30 - AM Clouds, PM sun - Marquette is a dem area, but Bush DID visit the UP and may overperform up there.
Florida
Pensacola - 78-60 - Isolated T Storms - 30% precip
Gainesville - 87-64 - Mostly Sunny (Damn)
Jacksonville - 86-63 - Partly Cloudy (good)
Miami - 87-76 - Mostly Sunny
West Palm Beach - 86-73 - Partly Cloudy (Damn)
Tampa/St Pete - 86-70 - Mostly Sunny
Orlando - 87-69 - Mostly Sunny
Ohio
Toledo - 53-35 - RAIN - 80% (good)
Cleveland - 59-41 - RAIN/Thunder - 80% (Good)
Akron - 62-41 - RAIN/Thunder - 80% (Good)
Youngstown - 61-41 - Rain/Thunder - 80% (Good)
Cincinnati - 65-43 - T-Storms - 80%
Columbus - 65-42 - Rain/Thunder - 80%
Pennsylvania
Philadelphia - 63-55 - Mostly Cloudy - 20% Precip (probably bad)
Pittsburgh - 66-44 - Showers - 50% Precip (good)
Scranton - 57-47 - Showers - 50% precip (good)
Bethlehem - 60-50 - Cloudy - 20%
Erie - 58-40 - Rain/Thunder - 80%
York - 66-52 - Mostly Cloudy - 20% (please - No rain)
Lancaster - 62-52 - Mostly Cloudy - 20% (please - No rain)
That's what the juicing-up of Kerry's polling numbers is all about.
A last ditch effort to turn out a reluctant base.
rooting for rain is OK, but I'd be on my knees praying for lightning...
I've heard this mentioned on FR today...but is there really any proof that weather drives down voter turnout in one party more than another?
It looks like HEAVY rain in both Cincy and Cleveland!
In Detroit's case - the city is 93% Democrat. A big rainstorm there in 1990 was a factor in a low turnout there.
Jim Blanchard was supposed to win by at least 12% He lost by 17,000 votes to some fairly unknown state senator at the time named John Engler.
Well we'll definitely win in OH now. I'm from Ohio, and every election there that had rain on it, state-wide Republicans won.
Off topic, but does anyone know of tv stations that will be webcasting Tuesday night? I am starting to twitch without a TV.
WISCONSIN
Milwaukee and Madison:
Rain and Low 40s
I hunt in worse weather than predicted, so I'll darn sure vote!
Scott Rasmussen said on Fox & Friends this morning that his polls show W's supporters most likely to be the ones who will stay home.
Glenn Beck is webcasting all night long election coverage...but there's a fee involved.
For info:

For the last 10 years the only election Republicans stayed home was with Dole. We haven taken every branch of the government over the last 10 years.
I know. I laughed when Scott said that. That is what the dims wish.
