My prediction-
Kennedy is telling Kerry to concede.
He's saying - "If you contest this, you will take the rest of the Democrat party with you."

If he concedes, it will be because of the popular vote margin. He's also probably been told that NM, NV, and IA (and possibly HI) put this thing out of reach w/o Ohio.
Someone do the math and see if I'm right here.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

Kerry: "What the hell do I care?"

He's saying - "If you contest this, you will take the rest of the Democrat party with you." The rest of the democratic party? What's left?
They lost the house, the senate, the US presidency, the majority of governers, all by an ever-widening margin, and now we'll get to appoint several more supreme court justices over the next four years ensuring a majority there that could last 30 to 40 years. They have nothing left to lose, they'll fight to the last inch.
