MISSING EXIT POLL: How Did Kerry Do Among Vietnam Vets?
Posted on 11/03/2004 2:41:31 PM PST by Doctor Raoul
If there's an exit poll for almost any voting block. Kerry made his Vietnam service central to his campaign and I don't seem to recall seeing on on how well or how bad he did with the "Band of Brothers" overall.
Go figure...

Looks like Kerry got voted off the Swift Boat.

He won all of them!
The ones that served on his boat that is. The rest don't count.

Kerry is resonsible for the POWs being tortured. Kerry provided tools the North Vietnamese used. Kerry helped win a war for the Communists, that's why he's honored in their museum, not one in the US.

So tell us how Kerry made out with the Vietnam Veterans?
Notice Kerry couldn't take his peer group on the road with him. He had to use people where he was in a position of power over them in Vietnam.
Look at the "airbase photo" where Kerry's standing in the back row with his peer group. How many supported him, how many outspokenly opposed him?

Unlike DU (where you obviously came from)--Free Republic allows people other than members to view their forums--and even join today.

Kerry should have been supported by all veterans, considering Bush has never truly seen war on the front lines. You sound just like me.....in 1992 and 1996.
I guess Billy boy did to good a job making veterans backgrounds irrelevant, eh?

Understood. Hey, Kerry lost an election before he turned against the US and went pro-Communist. Like Arnold, he didn't feel appreciated enough I guess.
