Renominate Miguel Estrada
Wall Street Journal ^

Mr. Leahy’s unprecedented stonewalling of judges (49 of Mr. Bush’s nominees are still pending) fed the public perception that today’s Democrats deal from the bottom of the deck. Special credit goes to liberal lobbyist Ralph Neas, whose tireless slander of qualified judges helped boost GOP turnout in Texas, Georgia and Missouri. The Bush nominees should put Mr. Neas on their Christmas list.

The ultimate vindication(and bitchslap to Daschle)--the renomination of Miguel Estrada. This man is the IDEAL replacement for Rehnquist.

Hey guys, what about Chief Justice Roy Moore from Alabama. He's also qualified to replace the other liberal judges in the Supreme Court.

How about Neal Boortz for Suprem Court? He is ant-abortion, but I think he would reverse Roe/Wade to allow the states to decide. He is a lawyer, and a strict constitutionalist.

He might be a good one, if he would take it.

If Specter gets the chairmanship of the judicial committee we won't get any conservatives out of committee.

Specter has already told the President not to nominate anyone the Democrats will filibuster, ie..pro-lifers, Christians and Catholics.

Please call your Senators and Frist and ask them not to vote for Specter.

As one of his listening faithful, I don't think Neal would want the job. He has too much fun hosting his show and is one of the absolute best in the radio biz.

Neal Boortz is actually the evolutionary archetype for the Republican party of the (near)future.

I don't believe that Miguel Estrada is a Mexican-American. He hails from Tegucigalpa, Hondouras. That hakes him a Hondouran-American.

Could someone tell me exactly how Specter will be able to cause all this havoc? If he really proves to be a nuisance, why won't Frist just boot him from the committee?

Last time I checked, ANN COULTER, is a lawyer and clerked for one of the Supremes.

Wouldn't it be nice to have her on the BENCH?
