Per some reports, most of the residence have fled. One weekend report said only about 30,000 remain in the city.

It is sad to think that boys 15 & up were forced to stay & fight for the insurgents. very sad.
One other note.. it seems we have been "here" a few times.. I think I will literally scream if we have another "cease fire" to negotiate.
