I think we can all agree that sometimes property rights just have to take a back seat. ;-)

No, we cannot.

You honestly believe and are standing by your assertion that there is no difference between doctor and pharmacists?

Regarding the free exercise of religion, the important part is Congress shall make no law...

You do NOT have a constitutional right to the free exercise of religion when, where, and how you see fit.

So it is your belief that no one has the right to impose their own moral beliefs on other people?

That is my belief.

Is or isn't it the moral right of the pharmacist to take away the right of the woman to prevent contraception?

Does the pharmacist in WI also have the right to choose NOT to return someone's prescription? Does the customer then have the right to jumnp over the counter and beat his ass til he gives it back?

No, I disagree with YOU.

YOU are the one who believes that we should have no right to private property.

He knew that she was planning to use that prescription to buy pills to prevent a pregnancy.

Did he really? Did he discuss her sex life with her before he refused to return her prescription?

You do know that BCP's are often used to control erratic cycles, roght?

So what your saying is that if I hired you as a bartender and you then got a religious aversion to serving alcohol that you would shoot me if I demanded you do your job?

Tha isn't a very good analogy.

A better analogy would be a pro-life doctor on staff at a pro-choice hospital. Should he be required to perform abortions?

Of course, Constitutionally speaking there is no difference between a doctor and a laborer. That should be self evident, why it isn't puzzles me.

Regarding the free exercise of religion, the important part is Congress shall make no law...

Thats correct as in forcing Catholic Hospitals to perform abortions, forcing Doctors to perform abortions or forcing pharmacists to abet abortion in the course of their work in violation of their religious beliefs.

You do NOT have a constitutional right to the free exercise of religion when, where, and how you see fit.

:-} In the old Soviet Union perhaps, in America I have the right to freely express my religious beliefs when, where and how I see fit as long as I don't violate any laws.

But she has the right to impose her values (or lack of them) on him?

Women who take birth control pills have a lack of values?

Sloth, better tell your harlot wife she has a lack of values according to mr. paulsen here.

Never. You know that only dirty whores who sleep with legions of men on a weekly basis use the pill.

I don't understand why this pharmacist is working for CVS in the first place? Did he not know well in advance what his store has in stock, BCPs, condoms, etc? Did he expect never to dispense certain drugs he strongly, morally opposes? If he has certain principles he will not betray, why does he work for a company that goes against his principles? Taking a job and knowing there will be a serious conflict with your boss is just fixin' for a fight.

Again, not true. If you set up a biblical display in your office, or decided to try and convert co-workers the boss would be well within his rights to require you to stop or fire you if you refused.
