CBS Would Rather Broadcast "Rather Blather" Than Be Rather-less?
MichNews ^ | 11/15/2004 | Michael J. Gaynor

Dastardly Dan Rather is still CBS's main news guy.

The face and voice of the news department of the Big Eye.

Sigh.

Since when it comes to fairness and objectivity, Dan doesn't even try.

Dan hates the President Bushes with great passion.

And twists the news to attack them in shameless fashion.

While Dan's CBS superiors tolerate, if not encourage, him

Indulging his willful, wicked whim.

Let's review Dan's recent partisan past.

And hope his new news broadcast will be his last.

CBS is "rather less" than they used to be - thanks to danny-boy. and the fact that they are too dumb to realize this only shows that they deserve their standings.

Yeah Dan Rather is supposed to be retiring I believe next year or the year after that. Thanks goodness. Rather and B. will probably be replaced by worse liberals that will make Rather and B. look moderate. YUCK.

They keep this up, pretty soon See-B.S. is going to be broadcasting to themselves only.

Has anyone heard any news on the so-called internal investigation of Rather's forged Bush story? I do not really expect to, but I can always hope...

I watched a little election coverage late night. I havent watched since.
Has Down the Draino Danno finally called Ohio? Or is he still holding out Florida from 2000?

This guy and his Komrades are predictably pathetic!

Rather may retire someday soon, but we shouldn't expect there to be much change at CBS.

The Leftist's worldview, having been battered by events and reality for sometime now, REQUIRES CONSTANT AFFIRMATION. CBS is simply satisfying a need, and has obviously decided to carve out the shrinking but still huge market for themselves. It is no doubt emotionally fulfilling for Rather and his ilk, as they are leftists, but in addition represents a viable business model.

NBC, ABC, and CNN are all vying for that same niche, so look for one or more to be forced to change strategy, maybe become competition for FOX, IMHO.

As someone noted on Fox News Cable, the producer who broke into CSI New York (CBS Program) with news of the death of Arafat has been fired. But Dan Rather is still at CBS News.

Go figure.

I did hear on Laura Ingraham's radio station that Tom Brokaw was booed at the Oklahoma University football game when he was introduced as the guest of the university president yesterday.

hehheh.
