I have seen anecdotal reports that have Bush picking up more than Kerry. Of course it is early but since Kerry needs 80% any Bush gain is good.

If Kerry needs 80% of those cast, and 80% are legit, he needs 100% of the legit ballots in order to win.

The prevailing wisdom says that they generally break about as the general election....look for very little change after the provisionals are tallied

My family lives in OH and it seems like the provisionals are going 2/3 to W.
