The entire cast of WKRP should be in the top 10. "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!"
The humor on that show is on live every morning on KABC AM radio 5-9 AM PST (streaming on internet too)-- Doug McIntyre (McIntyre in the Morning) who wrote for that show. He is able to get funny lines like that out in milliseconds. A very funny guy.

His show was so classy. I remember that our family would tune in every week and we'd all watch. It was just part of growing up in the 60's.

Perhaps I missed it, but I don't see J.J. of Good Times (his dad was fabulous as well), or Arnold Horshack (did see Vinny) of Kotter.

I would ad the men on the street on the old Steve Allen Show.

I remember as a kid my brother and I watching Dragnet on that little B&W in my room. I think it came on at 9:30.

It omits the entire cast of Green Acres. What about 22. Richard Kimball ?
I think that's the character from the Farm Bureau anyway?

Carrie Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, at HBO's official 'Sex in the City'.
I had to look it up too.
