Did you read the article? I am not saying that they will be successful--because I do not think they will be--but they are certainly attempting to remove God.

It doesn't replace anything, it only explains what had occurred, not how it occurred. So, perhaps God still was responsible for HOW...

First of all, "they" is not Darwinism.

Darwinism is a scientifically based area of inquiry and the theories it generates from data.

God is the center of a relgious belief.

The two are not mutually exclusive.

The answer to your title's question is, "No."

If your faith is strong it will not be threatened by Darwinism.

Yes. And a few quotes do not chang ethe fac tthat evolution is no more a replacement for God than telescopic astronomy was.

I'm sure there are a few people trying. Evolution, however, is not a program to do that.
