The HDZ is not a continuation of NDH, nor is the present Croatian state. The HDZ was in fact led by a man who fought against NDH, and most of the upper echelon of the HDZ were those who did fight just like Tudjman against NDH. The Republic of Croatia is not a continuation of NDH, but is rather the legal continuation of the Socialist Republic of Croatia which seceeded from the Socialist Federation of Yugoslavia.

Tell that to the people who have torn down every single memorial to the anti-Facist war no matter how small...............

Croatia and Dalmatia is full of people who earnestly believe the NDH was a good thing and that the HDZ is merely a continuation of the NDH

I visit Croatia & Dalmatia most every year and am deeply embarassed about its inhabitents, and only hope that the people will one day come to grips with their past.

Only when Croats & Dalmatians reject the NDH and its racist bagger will they be able to join the family of civilized nations. Proof of this is the fact that the EU has put Croatia & Dalmatia behind Bulgaria and on the same level as Turkey for membership.

It is sad what has become of Croatia & Dalmatia, perhaps one day it will change..........I can't be too sure.

Hi Vooch! It must disturb you greatly that Dalmatians are the most nationalist Croatians in all of the Republic of Croatia. Also, I have taken note that you will not accept the facts that I presented you but intend to rather engage in propaganda.

Anytime the HDZ-NDH apologists can't face the sad facts presented by someone - They brand the messager as a communist.

Croats and Dalmatians should first face the harsh fact that the HDZ led them to destroy what little hope they ever had of developing a prosperous society.

The legacy of the HDZ is that Croatia & Dalmatia have a Foreign Debt of over $20 billion and steadily increasing, litte hope of ever joining the EU, and a standard of living nearly 1/2 of 1988.

If it wasn't for the HDZ-NDH..........Croats & Dalmatians would now be part of the EU, they'd have little foreign debt, and they'd be as rich as the Spanish.

Ask your self, why tourists are still avoiding Dalmatia ? Why is that Tourist revenue hasn't reached 1988 levels ?

Could it be that foreigners don't want to come to Dalmatia, because they are uncomfortable with the HDZ-NDH legacy ?

Again Vooch, HDZ was formed and led by those who fought NDH. Its president, its first minster of Defense, and most of the original Cabinet fought NDH.

If you cannot accept facts, that is your problem.
