well at least now they will have some standard to go by so some of these idiots that own pets but let them starve or such will not go unpunished.....
I saw the video of this story on one of the cable networks....a poor dog dug a hole under the pavers on a patio ......a hole.....to get out of the rain.
San Fran board of supes has passed law protecting dogs. Hey,it could be someone's SPOUSE there!-[sarc.(maybe)]
I have to admit I agree with you.
You'd have to be pretty stupid not to know how to treat a dog, but we ARE talking about San Francisco here.
