This disclaimer seems to show up in every story printed about Wicca. However, I have never, ever actually seen or heard Wicca associated with Satanism. I've heard it described as a pseudoreligion made up by some guy who was jealous of Aleister Crowley, but I've never heard it conflated with Satanism.
They seem harmless enough. At least they don't hang around airports and try to sell you things.
